For September’s KOR Social, our host Elroy Tay invites you to indulge in the holy grail of Champagne – CRISTAL & ACE OF SPADES, the must have champagnes for world-famous celebrities, including the iconic hip-hop artist, JAY Z. On top of these, we will also experience the exclusive Vintage Blanc De Blancs Champagnes from the 163 year-old Champagne house – Boll & Cie.
In order to live up to these delicate Champagnes, food pairings are prepared by the Master Pastry Chef – Andrea Bonaffini from YELLOW LEMON, one of the most sought-after and photo-worthy dessert restaurants in Taipei.
