For May’s KOR Social, our host Elroy Tay invites you to indulge in 5 types Islay Scotch that range from the rarest of Islay scotch to the world’s most peated scotch. Islay, the southernmost island of Scotland, is renowned for its peated & oceanic flavors. 5 food bites of modern French Cuisine will be prepared by Chef PIERRICK MAIRE & Chef CYRIL HOU from S RESTAURANT.
